The BarFit Games are bringing together the best (and maybe worst) parts of the gym with the best parts of the bar — for one unforgettable competition. This isn’t just a drinking game, and it’s not just a workout… it’s both. 💪🍻

Your team of 4 will battle through 5 exercise-based challenges with a boozy twist:

Draft Dash
Sit & Sip
Brew Balance
Bucket Hold
Burpee Pong

It’s about strength, stamina, balance, and teamwork… with a little beer thrown in for good measure.
