Elemental Resonance is an immersive, heart-led experience designed to ground your energy, awaken clarity, and restore harmony within. We begin with ceremonial cacao which invites softness, presence, and connection. We’ll shift into an Elemental Breathwork practice inspired by Earth, Water, Air, and Fire. Each element supports a different center of your mind-body experience, guiding you into deeper balance and release.
You’ll then settle into a Sound Shower Journey with crystal bowls, drums, gongs, and voice move through the space, offering a full-body sound immersion to soothe the nervous system and realign your energy.
This experience is open to all levels and is especially supportive if you’re seeking grounding, release, or a gentle energetic reset.
You may leave feeling:

Clarissa's Bio:
Clarissa, a Sacred Space holder with over 15 years of experience, is certified as an E-RYT 500, RYPT, and YACEP. Her expertise extends to Sound Healing, Breathwork, Cacao Ceremony Facilitation, Prenatal Yoga, and Mindfulness and Meditation. Drawing from diverse traditions like The Wheel of the Year and Celtic shamanic rituals, and her travels across the globe, she crafts unique, multi-sensory experiences that blend movement, sound, breath, and cacao. Clarissa's approach, which incorporates shamanic instruments, crystal singing bowls, and intuitive practices, aims to create transformative experiences for her students. She leads retreats, yoga teacher trainings, and local offerings in the Black Hills region, dedicated to fostering holistic well-being and spiritual growth.
