We have officially been accepted into the Play Pokémon Program! This means we now have the opportunity to run Pokémon Pre-release Events (Starting with Mega Evolutions Chaos Rising), make product available to our community on Early Release dates and provide Pokémon Prize Packs for in store League Play!!
~In order to continue receiving these benefits we must have some participation from you! ~
~We will be hosting a Pokémon League day every Tuesday from 12-6pm!
Entry for League Day will be $5.
This will be an open play event, which means that all we need from you is 1 game played in store at any time on Tuesday and we can register your attendance in the league! For your participation (1 game played in store) you will receive a PLAY POKEMON PRIZE PACK containing 6 Stamped Play Pokémon Cards each week! We will also be keeping track of attendance and awarding additional prizes and packs for things like - Bringing a friend to their first League Day, Attending 8 different League events, and more! Additional prizes will include product giveaways, exclusive League Lotteries on new releases, special in store pricing during league events on select products and more!
All participates will need to create a Play Pokémon account. This can be done by downloading the Play Pokémon App.
All children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by someone age 16+.
Misbehavior actions-
All participates will be expected to behave in a courteous manor while in store. If a member of staff determines that any participates behavior is becoming destructive to other players or patrons, they will receive a verbal warning explaining our expectations. If the problem continues a second written warning will follow (presented to the parents or guardians if participate is under the age of 16). Necessity for a third warning will result in participate no longer being allowed to attend Play Pokémon Events.
Late Pick up actions-
-League ends at 6 pm each Tuesday, we close at 7 pm. Any unsupervised minors still waiting to be picked up after 7 pm will receive 1 verbal warning, followed by 1 written warning presented to a parent or guardian. On the third offense the child will no longer be allowed to attend Play Pokémon events.
