TOURNAMENT RULES
*Sanctioned by the USBC and open to all members (Adults 18+ Only)
*Scratch division only.
*Sport/challenge lane condition will be used.
*Employees of Camelanes and tournament officials will be eligible to participate.
*Tournament will begin on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 12:30 PM
*Prize fund will be returned 100% (Pays at least 1 for 10).
*Entry Fee Before November 29, 2025: $150.00.
*Entry Fee After November 29, 2025: $200.00.
*Entries can be paid via cash or credit/debit card ($5.00 fee for credit/debit card processing).
*Entries will close at 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 6, 2025.
*All tournament play will be governed by the USBC, and discrepancies shall be decided by tournament officials.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
*QUALIFYING: Qualifying will begin on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 12:30 PM. Qualifying shall consist of eight games. Bowlers will move one pair after each game (left lane moves left, right lane moves right). After eight games of qualifying are complete, the top sixteen bowlers, based on total pinfall will advance to eliminator match play. In the event of a tie for the sixteenth and final qualifying position, the tied bowlers will bowl one full game on a pair of the tournament directors choosing to break the tie. If the tie remains following the completion of the one game roll-off, match play tiebreaking procedure will be used. In the event of a tie for a position within the top sixteen, the tiebreaking score will be each bowlers most recent qualifying score that is not the same.
*MATCH PLAY: Match play will begin on Sunday, December 7, at 9:00 AM. For eliminator match play, the sixteen finalists will be grouped into four groups of four based on their qualifying position. Each eliminator round shall consist of two games, with the lowest total pinfall in each group being eliminated. Bowlers will repeat the process until there is one bowler remaining in each group. The four remaining bowlers will form one group, and use the same eliminator format to determine a tournament champion. After each two game match, bowlers will move a pair to the right. In the event of a tie during match play, the tied bowlers will bowl a three shot sudden death roll off (high count wins) to break the tie. The tied bowlers will alternate lanes and order, and repeat the process until the tie is broken. Starting lane and order will be chosen by the higher qualifying seed.
