Sage & Ceremony

Sage and Ceremony Workshop

Join us for a heart-centered journey of ritual and creation. We’ll begin with a sacred cacao ceremony to ground, open the heart, set intentions and build community. Then craft your own smudging stick using feathers and other natural materials-guided by tradition and intuition. All materials will be provided. No experience needed - just come with an open heart.

Karen Holland is an ERYT yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance, Certified Energy Medicine Yoga
Instructor, Shamanic Reiki Master Practitioner, and Integrated Energy Therapy Practitioner
(Basic Level).

Jess Lenzi is a Shamanic Practitioner and Intuitive Guide.
