Kick N Balls Rules
Game play
1. Out system is the same as baseball. Three outs then the other team kicks.
2. Pitcher has to roll a flat not bouncing ball. There can be spin but not excessive speed. Think slow pitch softball here not Nolan Ryan.
3. Balls and strikes will be the same slow pitch softball. Your second strike is a strike out. Your third ball is a walk. A strike is a pitch that is rolled between the two front strike cones. A foul ball is a strike and if you hit a foul on as your second strike you are out.
4. A batter can run up to the front two cones to kick the ball but once the ball goes past home plate its a strike.
5. A runner is out if they are hit by a ball and not on base. Players must protect themselves at all times.
6. Other than using cards the kicking lineup is set for the game. A team can’t kick more than two men or women in a row.
7. One base will be awarded on an overthrow.
8. After the 2nd and 6th inning there will be a 5 person flip cup challenge worth 2 runs.
9. After the 3rd and 7th inning there will be a 3 person speed rings round worth two runs.
Card Rules
1. There a three wild cards that can be played and any point there is a dead ball.
2. Each team is awarded three of each card at the beginning of the game and are in charge of using when they see fit. Once used the cards are collected by the umpire as each card can only be used once.
3. You can you use one max of each card color per inning. Meaning you could use a red, green, and blue all in the 3rd inning. But you can use 3 blue cards in the 3rd inning.
4. Red Card - the person up to kick has to spin around a bat 6 times before the next pitch.
5. Green Card - a runner of your choosing can advance one base forward. This includes coming home from third base.
6. Blue Card - Any player not on base can sub kick for the person whose is up to kick. That substitute kick can hold or place the ball anywhere with in the cones to have a free kick. However the original kicker is the one who runs the bases after the kick.
