Walk with a Doc - Gig Harbor - August 16

The next 'Walk with a Doc' will be on Saturday, August 16, 2025 -- 9-10 AM, on the Cushman Trail in Gig Harbor.

All are welcome to attend -- we do a brief presentation on a health topic, then walk the trail to finish the hour.

Meet at the Grandview Trailhead just off the Wollochet Dr exit.
No registration required.
You may bring your children, dog, family, friends, etc.

Walk at your own pace. Note: there are benches available to rest along the trail.

Future walks are scheduled for the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month, except holiday weekends.
