The annual Wendish Fest is always the fourth Sunday in September and falls on September 28, 2025 this year. The Wendish Fest is a day of celebrating Texas Wendish culture and history through delicious Wendish food, unique cultural activities, drinks, folklife exhibits, demonstrations, and live polka music. The drive-thru Wendish meal line is open at 9:30 AM and is the start of the festival. Lunch meal tickets can only be purchased at the festival, no presale tickets will be available.
