One of the core embodiment maps of The 360 is The Compass, which views the body as a navigation system that sharpens intuition, instinct, and connection to both the seen and unseen.
In a 360 Lab or Journey, participants are welcomed exactly as they are, with social and global realities woven into the experience.
The 360 Emergence is a free-form embodiment practice that responds to life in the moment. Bridging dance and personal growth, discipline and freedom, the individual and the collective, it builds sustainable capacity and honours the body as an intelligent guide for healing. Each dance is a personal, communal, and global response.
In dance you are given the freedom to explore your weird, your queer, your dark, your joy, your life, your breath, yourself.
Yvette (they/them) is a somatic trauma psychotherapist, relational movement guide, and embodiment mentor with over 20 years of experience in individual and group settings.
