Parent & Toddler Yoga

Every Friday in October (3, 10, 17, 24, 31 plus Nov 7)
For all parents/carers with babies and toddlers aged 0-5 years old.

Connect with other parents/carers while you stretch and bring your little one(s) for a social playtime. Your children are not expected to join in for yoga but will be provided with a corner of toys and books. This is a relaxed non-judgemental environment, please do what works best for you.
