It is time for us to shed old programming that keeps us from being fully expressed.
We need to reconnect with the essence of being humans on Earth that are deeply connected with the rythms and cycles of nature.
The universe is sound. We are sound. Our voices are the unique tone and frequency that we are meant to resonate and vibrate at as we play our part in the symphony of existance.
Your vocal chords are a muscle and your very own built in instrument which you can learn how to exercise and play.
Dancing and singing are powerful modalities for healing, connection, embodiment, empowerement, freedom, creativity, joy, confidence, acceptance, rememberance and transformation.
Together we will create a sacred container in which to give ourselves permission to get a little silly, have fun being our most authentic selves without fear of judgement or shame.
There is no right or wrong way to do this, just your way.
No experience neccessary.
