Hybrid New Year's Eve Class with Nicky Fonte.

What's your sankalpa (intention) for 2026? Come experience the powerful yet refreshing effects of twists as you close out 2025. The practice will end with restorative poses with time to observe the body, breath and mind after the twists. Welcome in the new year with a heightened sense of clarity and release!
