Why don't New Year's resolutions work? It's not because you don't have the will power or procrastination has taken over. New Years resolutions don't work for the same reason you have struggled with the issue before - there is something keeping you stuck - a trauma, a limiting belief that is holding you back, running your life. This group session is a chance to release yourself from whatever is holding you in this pattern so you can move forward. We are in the final shed of the Year of the Snake.
