The event will include lunch AND continental breakfast, as well as informative presentations on our Community Health Needs Assessment, the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank's Hunger Mapping Project, Home in Adams County Housing Initiatives, and the 2023 PA Youth Survey!

💡 After lunch will focus on action plans to improve the social, mental and physical wellbeing of ALL Adams County community members!🙌
