The Interfaith Center for Sustainable Development and the FELM Center Jerusalem invite you to an Interfaith Ecology Summit in Jerusalem on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 from 10 am to 1:45 pm.
The event will be hosted by the FELM Center Jerusalem at Shivtei Yisrael St. #25. Speakers and group facilitators will engage participants in exploring how the leadership and members of religious communities can contribute to faith-based environmental sustainability. The Summit will feature:
-An interfaith panel of Christian, Jewish, and Muslim religious leaders on the religious basis for climate action;
-A breakout workshop on practical faith-based eco action, including green pilgrimage to Jerusalem;
Catered vegetarian lunch;
-A faith-based ecological walk in Jerusalem will be offered as an optional program following the main event.
The Summit is being offered free of charge, and will be conducted in English.

Goals of the Summit
-Encourage Jerusalem religious institutions to integrate eco theology into their teaching;
-Promote greening and renewable energy use in Jerusalem religious institutions.
-Convey a spiritual message from Jerusalem to world political leaders about the urgency of ecological action.
-Empower clergy and seminarians to be ecological champions
