After-School Yoga at Thurgood Marshall Elementary with Shining Kids Yoga
Stretch, breathe, and relax with yoga at Thurgood Marshall Elementary! Children will learn yoga poses, deep breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques in a fun, interactive environment. Each class ends with a period of meditation and deep relaxation. Each child will need to bring their own yoga mat for yoga class.
Fall 2025
Mondays, 4-5 p.m.
Session 1 Early Fall:
9/24, 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, 10/29
Session 2 Late Fall:
11/5, 11/12, 11/19, 12/3, 12/10, 12/17
Session Cost: $140 per 6 week session
