Black men are too often told to focus on money while ignoring health, or to focus on health without financial security. The truth is: health and wealth are inseparable.

📊 Financial stress raises risks for hypertension, depression, and poor sleep (APA).
📊 Legacy requires both — long life and strong finances.

This workshop is designed to equip Black men with the tools, strategies, and brotherhood to thrive in both.
