Join us for a restorative sound healing experience that is perfect for Pilates students looking to supplement their physical practice with mindfulness, recovery, and energetic balance - lead by Tricia Murray.

Lie down and be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, promoting deep relaxation and balance.

This session supports mind-body connection, enhances body awareness, and helps quiet the mind, offering a perfect way to reset the nervous system and release tension.
