NECC is honored to invite the community to celebrate Buddha Jayanti, commemorating the birth, enlightenment, and Mahaparinirvana of Gautama Buddha.
This meaningful evening will be hosted by Nepal Education and Cultural Center (Pashupati Buddha Mandir) in collaboration with America Nepal Paramparagat Bouddha Dharma Sangha on Friday, May 1, 2026, in Germantown.
The program will include a peaceful procession, prayers, and Dharma teachings, along with a special Dharma talk by Ven’ble Lama Tshering. Devotees and friends are warmly invited to join in this spiritual gathering dedicated to spreading peace, compassion, and wisdom.

• 5:30 – 6:00 PM: Arrival & Gathering
• 6:00 – 8:00 PM: Procession, Prayers & Dharma Teaching
• 8:00 – 8:30 PM: Prasad Service
