Get ready for a sweet day of learning, nature, and fun! Join us for apple picking!!! It's a hands-on, educational experience. The orchard is home to over 30 varieties of apples, many of which are used in the cider production.
Here’s what you can expect:
🍏 Each participant receives a 1/4 peck bag to fill with apples they pick themselves
🌳 Learn about our orchard and growing process directly from one of our orchard team members
🧺 Stay and enjoy lunch at our picnic tables—you're welcome to bring a picnic!
All vehicles will park in our general parking lot. There is no parking fee.
🎒 What to Bring: Weather-appropriate clothes, water bottle, packed lunch or snack (if planning to stay), and a basket or bag for your apples!
What you can use this trip for in an educational way:
-Math in the Orchard – Count, weigh, sort, and compare apples (real-life math!).
- Literacy & History – Read the story of Johnny Appleseed and the role of apples in early America before you come and retell it while picking your apples!
- Science in Action – Learn about pollination, pests, and how orchards thrive - or ask these type of questions during our tour!

It’s more than just picking fruit—it’s a full-sensory learning experience your kids won’t forget.
