8 Week Coolness Under Pressure Program

An 8-week program focusing on understanding and controlling anger.

This group program is designed to help you recognise the symptoms of anger and learn healthy and constructive ways of dealing with conflict

Who can join?
Any man (18+) who wants to gain a better understanding of their anger and learn positive strategies for managing it.

Date: Starts Wednesday, 4 February 2026
Day: Runs weekly on Wednesdays
Time: 9am-10.30am
Location: Desert Blue Connect Men’s Service, located at 1 Bayly Street
Cost: FREE!

We accept referrals from Police, Department of Justice, Department of Child Protection and Family Services and other local community services. Men can also self-refer.
