Something special is coming to Georgetown this Valentine’s weekend…
I’m partnering with Indigo Mercantile to host a limited-seat Chef Bear Valentine’s Dinner Experience — an intimate, chef-driven evening designed for couples who want something more than a crowded restaurant and a rushed prix fixe.
This will be a curated, multi-course fine-dining experience featuring seasonal ingredients, coastal-Southern flavors, and French technique — served in the warm, candle-lit atmosphere of Indigo Mercantile.
“Expected price range: $175–$195 per person, plus gratuity (final menu and ticketing details coming shortly).”
This is not a restaurant reservation.
This is a private dining event with very limited seating.
Before I release full details and ticketing, I want to gauge interest from our local community.
