Caring for a loved one can be deeply meaningful—and incredibly challenging. Ashton Grove Senior Living invites caregivers to join Shared Reflections, a monthly support group offering connection, understanding, and encouragement in a welcoming environment.
This group meets on the third Tuesday of each month from 5:00–6:00 p.m. and provides a safe space to share experiences, ask questions, and gain insights from others on a similar caregiving journey. Sessions are led by Amy Lougheed, Memory Care Director & Wellness Assistant, and take place in our Assisted Living Activities Room.
