Fundraiser "Pink Out" Workout for Breast Cancer Awareness

Join us 10/15 for a special community workout in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Our Fit 4 Prevention class is designed for moms of all fitness levels—with or without babies in strollers—to move, connect, and give back. 💕 Pink isn’t just a color—it’s a movement. Wear pink and let’s move together in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
🙋‍♀️ After class, Dr. Patricia Alford from the Breast Cancer Resource Center will treat us to a brief talk & Q&A, while the little kids explore our sensory bins.
💡 Donations received from this event will benefit Keep A Breast, an organization dedicated to prevention, education, and support.
Come sweat with us, strengthen your body, and support women everywhere.

*Meet us at the Basketball Court at San Gabriel Park (under the bridge). Kids under 5 should be in a stroller or wagon during the workout. All you need is water and any snacks or toys to help keep the kiddos entertained.
