ABC's of Bourbon (continued)

In celebration of the season and Georgetown's 250th anniversary, Sláinte Public House is proud to participate in the Bourbon, Brews & History Series during the month of December.

The first part of the ABC's of Bourbon will take place at the Scott County Public Library (104 S Bradford Lane Georgetown, KY) with Author Mary Myles, an expert in the field of bourbon. She will talk on the history of Bourbon, the distilling process, what the industry is like today and even some cocktail/mocktail recipes. No alcohol will be served during this program.

The second part of this program will take place, here, at Sláinte Public House! Come see and taste the the Irish Influence on KY with Irishman and Main Street resident, Peter Kirwin, who will discuss Irish beverages and the social importance of the Irish Pub. Commemorative 250th glasses will be available for purchase.
