Held in-person at the Williamson County Children's Advocacy Center, this session will explore how trust, communication, and role clarity between staff and board members can lead to healthier governance and greater organizational impact. Whether you're new to nonprofit leadership or a seasoned team player, this training offers practical tools and insights to strengthen your board-staff dynamic. This training series includes six in-person sessions. Attendees are welcome to register for individual trainings that fit their interests or commit to the full series. Those who complete all six sessions will receive a certificate of completion and a LinkedIn badge to showcase their achievement.
