Yoga in Hillwood with Stephanie

In a friendly and relaxed setting, this is a flowing yoga class, stretching and strengthening the whole body, beginning and ending with mindfulness and reflection. Poses can be modified to suit your mobility. Steph’s yoga journey began as a teenager in the 1970s and after trying many styles of yoga and other fitness pursuits over more than 40 years, she has settled on this particular practice as her favourite form of exercise for unity of body, mind and spirit. Cost: $25 one-off (or $20 concession) or $200 for 10 sessions ($150 concession). To book your spot, send Steph a text message to 0439070593 and she will send you details to pay by internet transfer. Please arrive 15 minutes early, bring a water bottle and bring a yoga mat if you have one. Some mats are available, as are cushions and blankets.
