Penang Silent Book Club

Location: Dreamer Haven Art Café. Buy your drink/food downstairs, we'll meet upstairs.

Bring your own book, reading material, audiobook, textbook, podcast, etc. The café also has used books you can borrow or buy. We'll read/listen/study in silence for around an hour. Around 5:10pm, we'll stop and socialize. Around 6pm or 6:30pm, we usually grab dinner. You're welcome to join us or leave any time, whether for reading, socializing or dinner😊

Note: there are a few cute cats roaming around. If you are allergic, we'll try to keep them away ☺😻🐱 Since this is an air-con environment, bring a jacket or shawl in case it's too cold. Also if you're sensitive to noise, bring noise-cancelling headphones, earplugs, etc since this is a working café. Usually around 5-12 people show up. You're free to leave anytime ☺️
