🌍 Hoe kunnen we goed en gezond eten binnen de capaciteit van de planeet? Hoe zorgen we voor een rechtvaardige toekomst voor voedselsystemen?
🎤 Op 4 december om 17.00 uur verwelkomen we Dr. Fabrice DeClerck, Chief Science Officer bij EAT, op de UGent Campus Coupure (Oehoe). Hij zal het gloednieuwe EAT 2.0-rapport bespreken dat één grote vraag onderzoekt: hoe kunnen we voedselsystemen creëren die mensen gezond houden en tegelijkertijd onze planeet beschermen?
🥦 Dit nieuwe rapport bouwt voort op de beroemde EAT-Lancet Commission en biedt nieuwe inzichten in hoe een echt duurzaam en gezond voedingspatroon eruit zou kunnen zien.
🗣️ Daarna volgt een paneldiscussie met:
👉Tom De Vleesschauwer – Keukencoördinator, Kunstencentrum VIERNULVIER
👉Tamara Bruning – Departement Facility Management, Stad Gent
👉Siyane Deresa – Department of Agricultural Economics, Food Technology, Safety and Health, Universiteit Gent
Samen zullen zij hun visie delen en ruimte geven voor een discussie over de toekomst van voeding. Dit evenement wordt gemodereerd door Katrien Verbeke (Let Us).
Na de discussie volgt een netwerkmoment en receptie.

🎤 On 4 December at 17:00, we welcome Dr. Fabrice DeClerck, Chief Science Officer at EAT, to UGent Campus Coupure (Oehoe). He will discuss the brand-new EAT 2.0 report, which explores one big question: How can we create food systems that keep people healthy while protecting our planet?
🥦This new report builds on the famous EAT-Lancet Commission and offers fresh insights into what a truly sustainable and healthy diet could look like.
🗣️ A panel discussion will follow, featuring:

Together, they will share their perspectives and open the floor for discussion on the future of food. This event will be moderated by Katrien Verbeke (Let Us).
