MEMU, a collaboration between BodyMind therapist Leslie Page and musician Ehsan Yadollahi, invites you to a unique experience: a guided meditation interwoven with live music, designed for deep physical and mental restoration.
You simply lie down, let go, and listen.
Sound and voice blend into a continuous landscape that allows the nervous system to settle and the mind to clear.
No mysticism, no performance. Just space.
For reflection, awareness, and quiet renewal.

If generosity arises, a humble hat will travel quietly among us.

Een avond van aanwezigheid, rust en resonantie.
MEMU, een samenwerking tussen BodyMind-therapeut Leslie Page en muzikant Ehsan Yadollahi, nodigt je uit voor een bijzondere ervaring: een geleide meditatie, verweven met live muziek, die lichaam en geest tot diepe ontspanning brengt.
Je hoeft alleen maar te gaan liggen, los te laten en te luisteren.
Klank en stem vloeien samen tot een klanklandschap waarin je zenuwstelsel tot rust komt en je geest helder wordt.
Geen mystiek, geen show. Alleen ruimte om te zijn.
Tijd voor reflectie, bewustwording en vernieuwing.
