Come and discover the JAGAANA - Vitalising Connected Breathwork!

In this gentle, but powerful! form of breathwork, we are practicing connected breathing. Lying down comfortably on a mattress, breathing without pause, gentle, yet activating and carried by the field of the group, will help you increase your vitality and entre a deeper state of being.

Jagaana breathwork allows you to balance your emotions and your energy by bringing more oxygen to your brain and experience a state of well-being on all levels (bodily, emotionally, mentally and spiritually).

This session is facilitated by Geoffrey François - Inner Azur, Jagaana therapist and Mind-body therapist.
