Gand Gourmand week: the art of Vietnamese rice paper workshop

We want to share our culture in the Gand Gourmand week.
In Vietnam, rice paper became an iconic ingredient for our cuisine, particularly in the making of fresh spring rolls, known as “Gỏi Cuốn.” The rice paper are more important with us more than the spring rolls wrapper.
We can explore different favor of different rice papers, and try different food was made with rice papers which are trendy and popular streetfoods in Vietnam. After that we can learn to make fresh spring rolls together with all fresh herbs and different filling ingredients. We can have a cozy sunday lunch together with our freshly made spring rolls and bring home some for our beloved.
Price: 35EUR per person (tasting + DIY spring rolls + 1 homemade softdrink or 1 beer or 1 wine at your choice + dessert with rice paper).
