When Kohlson was just 1 year old, he was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive brain tumor, AT/RT. He endured months of high-dose chemotherapy and radiation battles most adults couldn’t imagine through it all, he fought his way to eight beautiful years cancer-free.
This past December, that fight returned.
After new symptoms appeared, doctors discovered additional brain tumors. Kohlson underwent an 8-hour brain surgery and is now receiving proton radiation. Chemotherapy begins soon. One tumor cannot be safely removed, and his doctors across the country are working tirelessly to give him every possible chance.
He is only 10 years old yet his courage is bigger than most of us will ever know.
No child should have to be this brave.
No family should have to carry this weight alone.
Let’s show Kohlson that he is not fighting alone. 💙
July 18th 10 am we will be pulling out from Crazy Turtle Campground for a nice relaxed day of trailblazing! $20 per machine and any other donation that you would like to make will help this family out tremendously!!!! ( more details to follow ). Update there will be a green/blue style trail ride as well as a moderate/wild style led by The GOAT Garry Stevenson as well.!!!
