Sourdough Class

Join artisan baker Nicole from wild yeast wanders for a hands-on introduction to the world of sourdough. In this interactive class, participants will learn the fundamentals of working with wild yeast: how to mix, feed, shape, and bake beautiful sourdough bread at home.

Everyone will leave with their very own sourdough starter to continue the journey in their own kitchen.

Cost: $10 (cash only at the door; all proceeds go directly to the artisan)
