Breadth Of The Practice: Embody Ahimsa

Have you ever had a yoga class where you leave feeling like you are walking on sunshine? I have so many times, but I also left class wanting just a little more. This class is the remedy for that "just a little more feeling". Together we will explore the expansive practice of yoga in an unhurried and intentional way that allows you to steep in the delight of your yoga practice. We will have time to warm up and expand into practice, opening up new skills and untapped potential. This practice will give you the time you need to absorb the knowledge you gain on the mat and assimilate it into your own yogic wisdom, allowing for your practice to come alive.
