Take a Deep Breath - Guided Group Meditation

The shopping is over and the cooking is done. The presents have been given, opened and appreciated and all of the love has been shared. Now is your chance to take a deep breath,slow down, and focus on you. Have a cup of tea, sit comfortably, and listen as I guide you through a relaxing meditative experience.

Suggested donation is $20 but times are tough and the gathering is the important part so we ask that you pay what you can.
