Come join us for a fun and competitive day of pickleball! 🏸 All games will take place at Richmond Hill Park on twelve courts. In the event of inclement weather 🌧️, Thursday, June 26 will be reserved as a back-up date.
IMPORTANT:
- You MUST be 18 years or older to participate in this event. 🎉
- The cost to participate is $40, which includes 6-7 games per event, along with complimentary snacks 🍪.
- Players will compete in Round Robin play according to their skill level. No partner needed, as you’ll rotate partners throughout the day! 🔄
Event Details:
Women's & Men's Doubles 👯♀️👯♂️
- A pre-printed rotation will assign new partners for each game.
- Games will be played to 11 points, win by 1. 🎯
- Medals 🥇🥈🥉 will be awarded to the top three players in each bracket.
- Total points across all games will determine the winners due to the partner rotations.
Other Information:
- Franklin X40 balls will be used. 🏐
- The format may vary depending on the number of participants.
- For 16 players, the event will be split into two age-based brackets of 8 players.
- For 12 players, there will be an 8-player bracket and a 4-player bracket (4-player bracket will have 6 games with 66 total points).
- Volunteers may be asked to play up one skill level if needed to fill event vacancies. 🤝
- If time allows, open-play games may be offered after competitive play. 😎

- The registration deadline is June 18. ⏰
- After April 1, you will receive an email 📧 with a link to complete your payment and waiver. You can pay online or by mail. 💳
