Together We Thrive - Session One "Calm"

This uplifting session is designed for parents and carers of children aged 8 and up. You'll explore simple, practical wellbeing strategies to create a sense of calm—for you and your child. Through playful breathwork, light movement, laughter, and connection-based games, enjoy quality time together by the sea.

Each booking includes one adult and one child, with your active participation expected throughout. As we are not responsible for supervising children, a 1:1 ratio ensures safety and enjoyment for all. If you'd like to bring more than one child, please get in touch—we’re happy to chat about options.

Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and bring your own snacks and refreshments.
