Learn the healing art of reiki. Reiki (or Reiki Ryoho) is a Japanese healing technique that promotes and supports wellbeing. It’s great for stress, anxiety, depression, illness or recovery from surgery. Reiki restores and rebalances our energy, allowing the body to do what it was designed for, and that is heal itself.
