Do you have a meaningful personal or professional memory connected to the Old Courthouse building? Were you part of a formative project, exhibition, or opportunity at Platform Arts—or do you hold a story from our earlier Courthouse era (1938–91)?
In 2026, Platform Arts marks 30 years of activity. To honour this milestone, we’re inviting alumni, past staff, artists, and community members to contribute memories that reflect the energy, experimentation, care, and creativity that have defined the organisation across three decades.
From October to December, these shared stories will form part of a special anniversary program, including events, podcasts, short stories, and online resources. Fortnightly recording sessions will be held to collect oral histories, alongside the option to submit written reflections.
To participate, you can book a 15-minute in-person recording session via our website, or complete a written submission online. Selected contributions will be collated into a anniversary publication and a special program broadcast on Pulse Radio.
Whether joyful, reflective, or unexpected, your story helps build a living history of Platform Arts and the vibrant arts community of Djilang.
