Spin into the world of dynamic hooping with our exciting hoop manipulation workshop led by guest coach Coco!

This session is designed for students who want to learn how to control, flow and travel with 1–3 hoops while developing strength, coordination, and creative sequencing. Participants will explore:
• Single-hoop foundations and flow
• Transitions into multi-hoop work (2–3 hoops)
• Tosses, rotations & orbit pathways
• Dynamic movement and travelling patterns
• Creative mini-combos to finish

Perfect for all levels — beginners starting with one hoop will be fully supported, while experienced hoopers can challenge themselves with multi-hoop manipulation and transitions.
