Shadow Work Circle

Join us for a transformative evening of reflection, connection, and gentle release as we gather under the waning moon to explore the hidden parts of ourselves. Shadow Work Circles are intentional spaces designed to support your personal and spiritual growth through guided meditation, journaling, and heartfelt community sharing.

As the moon wanes, we too are invited to soften, turn inward, and confront what no longer serves us. This workshop creates a safe and sacred container to explore our shadows, the parts of ourselves we often keep hidden, and to begin integrating them with compassion and courage.

Taking place under the waning gibbous moon, this is a time of integration, asking us to look inward and begin the process of gentle release.

This circle will be inspired by The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. Our last circle focused on the first agreement, "Be impeccable with your word." This time we will look at the second agreement, "Don't take anything personally."

What to Expect:

Nourishment and grounding time with tea, snacks, and gentle connection

Guided meditation to journey into your inner shadow landscape

Reflective journaling prompts and quiet time for personal exploration

Optional group sharing in a safe and supportive space

A closing guided self-healing practice to help you feel restored and integrated

Duration: 2 hours

Location: Sparrow Park Hall, Weller St, Geelong West VIC 3218

Please bring:

• Your water bottle
• A mug
• A small plate to share
• A dedicated journal for shadow work, if you have one or something to write in
• A pen
• A cushion for your chair (optional)

Tea, coffee and some sweet treats provided.

Join us on Friday evenings at Sparrow Park Hall for a series of transformative gatherings infused with magic, connection, and intention. Each event will be unique, with prices varying based on materials and preparation, but always kept as accessible as possible - because we believe magic should be for everyone!
