APEC 2025 Trail Ride & Camping Weekend
Join us for a weekend of camping, riding, and good company in the stunning Mt Crawford Forest!

📍 Location: Ponderosa Hut, Mt Crawford
📅 When: Saturday 25th – Sunday 26th October
🕘 Rides:
Sat & Sun mornings – 9:30am rego, 10:30am ride. Sat afternoon – 1:00pm rego, 2:00pm ride
Walk-only rides, with a trot/canter option if there’s enough interest.
🍽️ Meals:
• Saturday night BBQ dinner (please bring a side dish or dessert to share).
• Sunday breakfast of bacon & egg sandwiches.
• BYO lunch Saturday + drinks (soft drinks/water available to purchase).
💰 Pricing:
• Members: $40 camp & ride (includes dinner + breakfast) | $10 ride only per day
• Non-members: $70 camp & ride | $40 ride only per day | $10 Sat dinner (if not camping)
📝 What to bring:
• Camping gear, chair, horse yard & feed
• Water for yourself + at least 60L for your horse
• Your own cutlery, plate, and mug for meals
• Rubbish bags + manure cleanup gear
