Back To School Readiness Day

Back to School can be a stressful time in so many ways.
Getting the Book Lists sorted, School Uniforms, Hair Cuts and looking at sports enrolments.
So we are holding a Back To School Readiness Day at Lockyer Community Centre Gatton to help identify how we can support during this period.
Our Social Prescribing team will be on site to chat with you to determine how ready your family is for the start of a new school year, how they may be able to help with connecting to social and sporting activities for not only the children but also for the caregivers / parents. Plus Katie will be on site offering Free Back To School Hair Cuts. Light Refreshments also provided.
Our Emergency Relief Program officer will also be in attendance during this event to potentially help assess Back To School needs.
