Breathwork (Pranayama) # Gentle Kriyas (movement sets) # Mantra & Meditation # Reflection & Integration (includes take home notes for reference when starting practice at home)
What Is Kundalini Yoga?
Often called the "Yoga of Awareness." It’s a powerful practice to awaken energy at the base of the spine, known as Kundalini energy. This energy is believed to rise through the body’s chakras, unlocking clarity, creativity, and emotional balance as it flows upward. Unlike other yoga styles that focus mainly on physical poses, Kundalini is more about inner transformation, not about how flexible you are—it’s about how present, open, and connected you become.
