This will be a small, intimate gathering, intentionally created to help you release what no longer serves you: the old pain, limiting beliefs, and wounds carried through this lifetime that are no longer in service to your growth. Healing becomes possible through releasing what has been carried forward, allowing new healing energies to integrate.
Through guided hypnosis, we will journey into the subconscious mind, the place where old patterns, thoughts, and imprints live. You’ll be gently guided to release what has held you down: the heaviness, the blocks, the stories that have caused suffering or made you feel disconnected from your wholeness.
This is a space where the field of healing is opened and held, a supportive environment to sit within this energy and allow your mind, body, and spirit to find resonance, restore balance, and return to harmony.
You’ll also have space for personal exercises to capture your insights and gently integrate the journey. Sharing is a powerful part of the healing process, so time will be offered for group discussion and connection for those who wish to share or witness others’ experiences. You are equally welcome to simply sit in the healing energy and absorb, with no expectation to speak.
This evening is an opportunity to find relief, to feel seen and heard, and to remember that you are not alone on the journey of life. It is the beginning of a beautiful journey of healing and transformation, a chance to release what has been heavy so you can begin living with more clarity, peace, confidence, and reassurance that you are on the path to healing and stepping into the life you choose to create.
