Conférence voyage : l'Ile-de-Sable

Un croissant de sable situé dans l’océan Atlantique à 290km au large d’Halifax et de robustes petits chevaux sauvages, voilà l’image de l’Ile de Sable. Curiosité géologique abritant aussi des oiseaux, des insectes et des plantes uniques, son histoire et son importance pour le Canada méritent aussi d’être soulignés. Vous êtes invités à venir découvrir cette île parfois appelée Galapagos du Canada. Contribution volontaire.

A crescent of sand located in the Atlantic Ocean 290 km off the coast of Halifax, home to sturdy little wild horses—this is Sable Island. A geological curiosity that is also home to unique birds, insects, and plants, its history and importance to Canada are also worth highlighting. You are invited to come and discover this island, sometimes referred to as the Galapagos of Canada. Voluntary contributions.
