By the end of this intensive class, you won't just know how to grill; you'll have fabricated your own mobile cooking powerhouse and loaded it up to take home.

Each student will construct a robust, high-performance grill packed with essential features, including:

• Ultimate Mobility: Four heavy-duty locking wheels to roll your grill anywhere.
