Celebrate Fall Equinox with us at Ebb & Flow! Tiffany Pridgen will be here with singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to usher you to a place of peace, relaxation, and restoration.

Bring any comfy props you may desire (pillows, blankets, etc.) and we will also provide blankets, bolsters and other props to ease your experience.
