Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutations, are the foundation of many yoga practices—yet they’re often moved through quickly without fully understanding the why behind each shape and transition. This workshop offers the space to slow down, learn, and truly embody the practice.
Together, we’ll break down Sun Salutation A and B, exploring proper alignment, breath coordination, and mindful transitions. You’ll have time to practice each sequence with intention, followed by opportunities to rest, stretch, and integrate the movement. We’ll close with a guided meditation, allowing the body and mind to settle and absorb the practice.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner looking to refine your flow, this workshop is designed to meet you where you are.
